Email complaints@assuracover.com or write to: Complaints Team, AssuraCover (Connexis Group Ltd), United Kingdom. Include your name, contact details, and a short summary of what went wrong.
Within 3 working days, we will send written acknowledgement of your complaint.
Within 4 weeks, we aim to resolve it in full. If we haven't, we'll write to explain where we are and when you'll hear again.
Within 8 weeks, we will provide a final response.
If your complaint relates to a quote, policy, or advice you received from one of our insurance partner agencies, please contact that partner directly — they hold the relevant regulatory permissions and are responsible for handling complaints about the advice and product itself. We'll happily put you in touch if you've lost the details.
